Kathleen represents a new generation of real-estate professionals. Since she began her residential real estate career in 2000, she’s been ranked among the top Realtors nationwide. The foundation of her thriving practice is her substantive knowledge about the D.C. market and the complexities of real estate transactions, and her high level of service to every client, including sellers, buyers, and developers alike.

Before joining Compass, Kathleen founded her own successful brokerage, Towne Residential. In moving her group to Compass, she saw the opportunity to focus more of her energy on the parts of the job she loves the most—providing personal attention and careful guidance to each client. Before she entered the residential real estate field, Kathleen was the Director of National Marketing for Core Location, a Bethesda-based real estate development company. In addition to her real estate work, Kathleen is a managing director in Cityscape Development, a D.C.-based residential real estate development company.
